What Keeps Us Well -
Reflective Toolkit

Coming soon...

Following our What Keeps Us Well heritage project, we have created a reflective toolkit that explores how people have cared for their wellbeing across generations. Drawing on historical archives, and the experiences of our community partners, it invites you to reflect on and consider what keeps you well.

In the meantime, explore our open call galleries, featuring work inspired by A.F. Freeman's poem Shalford, 1921, discovered in a Women's Institute scrapbook at the Surrey History Centre.
