Our Health Your Hands
Our Health Your Hands celebrated 70 years of the NHS and the evolution of Kingston Hospital, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The project engaged over 300 children and young people, offering them a unique learning opportunity to explore how scientific, technological, and social advancements have shaped the hospital.
Working alongside Kingston Hospital, we ran the Gratitude Café, where Anstee Bridge students gathered and shared stories, memories, and letters expressing gratitude for those who have contributed to the hospital's success.
The project aimed to provide young people with an insight into NHS careers and the importance of taking responsibility for their health. It also fostered a sense of community, allowing participants to reflect on and appreciate the hospital’s history and impact. The project was successful in connecting generations through creative expression, showcasing the power of storytelling and gratitude.
